Leading our Team - Andre Dean Chef & Owner
Andre Dean is an experienced entrepreneur and sales professional with over 20 years of leadership in the food service, hospitality, and distribution industries. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for reliability, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Andre began his professional journey in the culinary field, holding leadership roles such as Banquet Chef and Kitchen Manager, where he oversaw kitchen operations, staffing, inventory management, scheduling, and menu development. His hands-on leadership style and attention to detail helped ensure efficient operations and high-quality standards in fast-paced environments.
He later transitioned into outside sales and account management, serving restaurant owners and food service clients throughout New Hampshire and Maine. As an Account Executive, Andre focused on developing strong client relationships, increasing sales growth, troubleshooting operational challenges, and representing his company with professionalism and integrity.
As the former Owner and Chef of Wicked Eats Food Truck, Andre gained firsthand entrepreneurial experience — managing everything from menu creation and catering events to daily operations and customer engagement. This experience strengthened his business acumen and deepened his understanding of what it takes to successfully run and grow a company.
A culinary arts student at Johnson & Wales University and ServSafe Manager certified, Andre combines industry knowledge, leadership skills, and a strong work ethic in every endeavor. His approach is simple: work hard, communicate clearly, build lasting relationships, and deliver results clients can trust.
