Our story began over 24 years ago when high school sweethearts Andre Dean and Casey McCabe first met. What started as a shared love for each other grew into a shared passion for food, hospitality, and community.

Wicked Eats first hit the road as a small 6x8 food truck serving breakfast and lunch throughout Vermont and New Hampshire. From early mornings to busy lunch rushes, we built our business on hard work, loyal customers, and food made with heart.

After making East Texas home two years ago, we knew we wanted to bring that same love, flavor, and community spirit to Trinity. Wicked Eats Market is the next chapter of that journey — expanding from a tiny food truck into a local establishment where we now offer prepared meals, private chef catering, and large-scale events.

Andre leads all things culinary, crafting menus that blend comfort with creativity, while Casey keeps the business running behind the scenes — handling operations, organization, and all those “starting a small business” details that come with navigating local and state systems.

Together, our decades of experience in the culinary world, customer service, and community engagement allow us to create more than just meals — we create experiences. And we’re so grateful to do it here in Trinity, Texas.
